Shipping policy

Two ways to get a bandana to your dog in the US, and one way to get it everywhere else.

Standard is $3 and takes 5 to 8 business days. Spend $50 or more and it's free, which is why sizes tend to sell out in pairs.

Express is $10 and lands in 1 to 2 business days. This is the option for anyone who just remembered a birthday.

International is a flat $14 anywhere we ship, 8 to 14 days. Customs holds packages for reasons nobody has ever fully explained to us, so give it room. Any duties or import fees your country charges are yours to cover, and we have no say in what those come to.

Every order gets packed by hand, so there's a day or two on our end before the package ever sees a truck. Tracking hits your inbox the moment it goes out. If something gets lost or shows up looking like it lost a fight, write to us and we'll make it right.
