Now the other thing.

If you're writing to offer us help with our website, our SEO, our AI strategy, our social media calendar, our photography, or a video that will finally make our brand pop, we're going to save everybody a lot of time. We do all of that ourselves. Badly, sometimes, but ourselves. That's sort of the whole point of the operation. We cut up other people's leftover fabric in a room with a dog or three in it (and a cat and pig too!), and we'd like to keep the number of people involved right where it is.
