Who owns what's on this site

Everything here belongs to us. The photos, the product descriptions, the logo, the layout, the writing you're reading right now. Don't copy it onto your own store, don't feed it into a scraper, don't repost the product shots as your own work. If you want to share something, link to it. That's free and we'll be glad you did.

The Scrappy Tails Company name and logo are our marks. Any other brand names that turn up on this site belong to whoever owns them and are used descriptively.

About the fabric

Bandanas are sewn from donated and reclaimed fabric. Some of that fabric carries prints or patterns owned by other people. We don't claim rights to those designs, we sell no reproductions of them, and each piece is a one-off made from material that already existed. If you own a design and you'd rather it not appear in our shop, email us and we'll pull it.

Product accuracy

We photograph everything ourselves and describe it honestly. Colors still shift from screen to screen, and no two patchwork bandanas come out identical. That's the nature of scraps. We do our best to keep sizing, pricing, and availability current, and we reserve the right to fix errors, cancel an order affected by one, and refund you in full.

Safety and liability

A bandana is an accessory, not safety equipment. It's not a collar, not a harness, not reflective gear, and it won't hold a leash. Supervise your dog while she's wearing one, take it off for crating, swimming, and rough play, and check the fit on a growing puppy. We're not liable for injury, damage, or loss from using our products in a way we didn't intend. Use common sense with your dog and you'll be fine.

We sometimes point you somewhere else. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what's on them.
