We Got A Booth

We Got A Booth

September 5th. Louisa Labor Fest. There's a canopy with our name on it and everything.

This is our first one. First craft fair, first time hauling the racks somewhere with actual people at it, first time finding out whether a bandana that photographs well also holds up under a Virginia sun in September.

We're bringing everything. Every size, every closure, the solids, the patchwork, the one with the tiny lobsters that I'm weirdly attached to. It'll all be hanging up.

Here's the part the website can't do. You can put your hands on the fabric. You can hold a patchwork up in daylight and see what it actually looks like, which is never quite what the photo says. And if you bring your dog, we'll size her right there, no tape measure math at your kitchen table.

Five hours. Come by early if you want the good patchwork, because there's only one of each and we can't make you another.

Say hello. Tell us the racks look good, even if they don't, because we've been practicing setting up that canopy in a driveway for two weeks and one of us has strong feelings about it.
